США не намерены пока вооружать сирийскую оппозицию
Ключевое слово в статье выделено мной. Но думается всё же речь идёт о том, что США не намерены вооружать уголовников напрямую, пока для них это делает Катар, Турция и ко. Так же как в своё время через Пакистан они вооружали стингерами моджахедов в Афганистане.
